*Shipping Policy

Scale Lows charges $5.00 for orders up to $10.00. $8.50 for orders up to $50.00, and $10.00 for any order over $50.00. This charge is added automatically upon checkout.

Although we try to process all orders within 48hrs, please allow up to 2-4 weeks to receive your order.

 

*Backorders

Normally if an item is out of stock, we will order it before shipping your package. If it is not in stock from the distributor, they will be placed on our backorder system and will ship out when available. If you would like to check the status of any items on backorder, please email us at sales@scalelows.com.

 

 

*Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 100% gurantee on all our items*. Any defective product can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or complete refund. (Shipping charges are non-refundable)

 

*Paint and liquid products are non-returnable.
